Ordering for a race, tour, or event?
We offer volume discounts when you order multiple reliefs at once — get in touch and we'll work out the details together.
Race finisher gifts, mountain tours, club anniversaries, corporate gifts, weddings — anywhere you want a batch of reliefs of the same place (or a series of stages along a route), there's probably a discount we can offer.
Rather than publishing a fixed price list, the simplest is to contact me directly. Tell me roughly what you have in mind — quantity, occasion, any timing constraints — and we'll go through it together.

A few of the kinds of orders we've helped with — yours doesn't need to look like any of these.
Races and finisher gifts
A relief of the course or summit, one per finisher. The route line and key markers are added on top of the terrain.
Multi-stage tours
A series where each piece covers a different stage or day. Looks great hung together as a set.
Clubs and anniversaries
A shared mountain, lake, or region for an alpine club, ski team, or anniversary keepsake.
Corporate gifts
A relief of the office location, a retreat venue, or a region tied to the company's story.
Weddings and life events
A relief of where you met, where you got married, or a place that means something — multiplied for the guest list.
Schools and outdoor programs
Reliefs of a study area, hut, or expedition route — for a class, course, or training group.
What helps when you reach out
None of this is required, but anything you can share speeds up the quote.
- Rough quantity — even a range like "10–15" is fine.
- The place(s) the relief should cover — a name, a coordinate, a GPX file, or a screenshot of the area.
- A rough idea of size (e.g. 15×15 cm) and whether all pieces should be identical or vary by stage.
- When you need them. Standard lead time is 2–3 weeks; rush is sometimes possible.
- Anything special: engraved names, custom packaging, frames, a date, a route line, etc.
Frequently asked questions
How many do I need to order to get a discount?
There's no fixed minimum — discounts kick in once the order is large enough that batching saves time on the design and production side. As a rough guide, around 5+ identical reliefs is where it starts to make a noticeable difference.
Do all the reliefs have to be identical?
No. Identical reliefs are the cheapest because the design only happens once, but variations — different stages, different colours, individual names — are fine. The more they share (size, region, palette), the more we can pass on the saving.
How long does a bulk order take?
Standard lead time for a single relief is 2–3 weeks. For larger batches, plan on 3–5 weeks depending on quantity and how much custom design is involved. If you have a hard deadline, mention it early — there's usually a way.
Can you ship to a single address or to many?
Both. Shipping everything to one address (e.g. event organiser) is the simplest. Individual addresses are also possible — for that we'll just need a CSV or list of recipients.
How does payment work for larger orders?
For small batches, the normal checkout works. For larger orders we usually issue an invoice (Swiss QR-bill or bank transfer) — sometimes split into a deposit on confirmation and the balance on shipping.
Will I see a preview before production?
Yes. For any custom design we share a preview render (and a physical sample, if it's a large batch) before going to full production, so colour bands, framing, and any text can be adjusted.
Can each piece be packaged or labelled individually?
Yes — individual gift packaging, a printed card with each piece, or an engraved name plate are all possible. Tell us what you'd like and we'll quote it as part of the order.
