Where we ship
We ship to Switzerland, the European Union, and worldwide.
Carriers
Domestic Swiss orders ship via Swiss Post. International orders ship via Swiss Post or DHL, depending on destination and weight.
Lead time
Each relief is printed individually after the order is confirmed. Estimated time from order confirmation to handover to the carrier: up to 2 weeks within Switzerland, up to 3 weeks for international destinations. Carrier transit time is added on top.
Shipping costs
Shipping is charged as a flat rate per destination region. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you confirm payment.
Customs and import duties
For deliveries outside Switzerland, your country may charge customs duties, import VAT, or handling fees on import. These charges are not included in the order price and are payable by you to the carrier or customs authority on delivery.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address. If we have to re-ship a parcel after a failed delivery due to an incorrect address, additional postage may apply.
