How to handle a damaged, defective, or incorrect order.

Custom orders are not returnable
Because every relief is printed individually after your order, custom orders cannot be returned for change of mind. See the Right of Withdrawal page for the legal background.
Damaged or defective deliveries
If your relief arrives damaged in transit, has a manufacturing defect, or differs significantly from what you configured, please email swissrelief@nathaniel-walser.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue.
We will arrange a free replacement print or, if you prefer, a full refund of the purchase price and shipping. If we ask you to return the damaged item, we cover the return postage.
Wrong address or non-delivery
If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address you provided, we can ship again at your expense. If a parcel appears to be lost in transit, contact us and we will open a search request with the carrier and re-print at no charge if it is not located.
